Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions below.
Eligible for Return
- Item is unused and uninstalled
- Item is in its original packaging with all accessories, hardware, and documentation included
- Item was received damaged or defective
- Item received is different from what was ordered
Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been installed or used
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items with missing parts, accessories, or packaging
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
How to Request a Return
- Email us at homeniofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back to our address — do not return without prior approval
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Amount will be returned via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer — whichever you used at checkout
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
If rejected:
- We will notify you with the reason
- The item will be shipped back to you at your cost
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will offer one of the following at no cost to you:
- Full replacement of the item
- Full refund including shipping
- Partial refund if you choose to keep the item
Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.
Installation Note
The Homeni Pro Shower System requires professional installation. Damage resulting from incorrect installation is not covered under this policy. We recommend using a qualified plumber. All installation hardware is included in the box.
