All products are subject to availability. In the event a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative arrangement.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We accept payments through methods made available at checkout, including mobile banking (bKash, Nagad) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where offered. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

5. Orders & Order Confirmation

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us via email or message.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Errors in product or pricing information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Unable to deliver to the provided address

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within Bangladesh. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier, and circumstances beyond our control such as public holidays, weather, or courier delays.

Homeni is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before placing an order.

8. Installation Responsibility

Certain products sold by Homeni, including the Homeni Pro Shower System, require professional installation. Homeni is not responsible for:

  • Damage resulting from incorrect or unprofessional installation
  • Damage to property caused during installation
  • Costs associated with installation, plumbing, or related labor

We strongly recommend engaging a qualified professional for installation. All necessary mounting hardware is included with the product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Homeni and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
