Shipping policy

At Homeni, we work hard to get your order to your door as quickly and safely as possible. This policy covers everything you need to know about how we ship, when we ship, and what to expect after placing your order.


Where We Ship

We currently deliver to all districts across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Mymensingh, and Rangpur.

We do not currently offer international shipping.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation via email or message once your order is placed, and a shipping notification once it has been dispatched.

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier workload, weather, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Charges

Exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our announcement bar or active offers for eligibility.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh. Payment is made directly to the delivery agent upon receiving your order. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.

COD orders are subject to availability by area. If COD is not available for your location, you will be notified before dispatch.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via SMS or email. You can use this to track your delivery in real time through the respective courier's website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of your order, please contact us.


Packaging

All Homeni products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. The Homeni Pro Shower System is shipped in its original branded box with all accessories, hardware, and documentation securely packed inside.

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with, please note it before signing and contact us immediately.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept the package:

  • The courier will attempt delivery a second time
  • If the second attempt also fails, the order will be returned to us
  • Re-delivery charges will apply for a third attempt
  • If you wish to cancel at this point, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate when placing your order.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Do not discard the packaging — keep it for evidence
  2. Take clear photos or a short video of the damage immediately
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at homeniofficial@gmail.com
  4. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you

Claims for transit damage reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.


Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High courier volume during festivals or sale periods (Eid, Pahela Baishakh, etc.)
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Remote or hard-to-access delivery locations
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided

Homeni is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will always assist you in following up with the courier.


Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once the order has been handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our return process instead.
